Over 3 months we meet for 3 deeply restorative Sacred Rest Ceremonies- creating a rhythm of slowing down, rather than a single moment of escape.
Each ceremony is a pause in the noise.
A place to release what you have being carrying, reconnect with your body & remember what it feels like to simply be.
Between each ceremony, there is space for integration- because sometimes the most powerful part of healing happens in the moments afterwards.
2 x 90 minute Personalised Healing Hands treatments to support deep rest in to your whole being.
1 x Sacred Rest Journey which is a 3 hour journey of care that you will feel to your bones.
Journal ( if it is for you) with a closing ceremony at the end of each session.
